Unique, hands-on rhythm events for business teambuilding, community development and multicultural school programs. John delivers your message with the power of music (sizes 5 to 500.) Communities served include Experience Music Project (EMP), YMCA, Head-Start, Girl Scouts, and schools and businesses in the Northwest. Since 1995, John has worked with artisans around the world importing musical instruments. His company, JAMTOWN, features multicultural rhythm packs including intuitive rhythm games that celebrate the common bond all people share through rhythm. John has written and produced three artisan videos, group rhythm activity guides (featured in Arthur Hull's book, Drum Circle Spirit) and children's songs- included in the award winning JAMTOWN Junior Rhythm Pak. Namaste. Until I discovered yoga in the mid-1990s, I essentially had no rhythm! Yoga helped me ground, become aware of my body, get out of the head -not the safest place in the world. I have been teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork since 2000, and my greatest joy is helping others connect with their body, breath, and Being. I lead retreats in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Sedona and here in the Pacific Northwest where I live. No yoga mat or experience needed for this easy workshop, just a willingness to breathe deeply, express yourself, and feel good. Learn to follow the music and rhythm of your beloved breath and body.
